Monster explores the murky boundaries of consent and ethics. Phil has acquired unconscious, doll-like companion named Suzie, who needs regular injections to quiet her sleep-talking. When she begins to show signs of awareness, Phil grows unsettled and must choose: face the responsibility of a conscious partner — or silence her.
